To update your payment method, log in to the My Truvvi link located on our truvvi.com website at the top right hand corner of the page. Once you've logged in, click on the My Subscriptions tab, then click on the "Update Payment Method" button. Need help! Watch this video.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as Mastercard and Visa debit cards. The payment method's billing address must match the account holder's address.
Tip: We do not accept prepaid debit cards.
